In October in WorkLife Essentials

October is Work Life and Family month all around the world as well as here at WorkLife Essentials. It's the reason that we're here - to help you create the most mutually beneficial balance between your work life and your outside-work life.

We do this every month, but this month we pay particular attention to the effect that your work life has on your family. Whether it's how to handle the added stress and lost sleep that longer work hours can sometimes cause, to better managing your free time after work, resources like: "Managing Stress""Getting a Good Night's Sleep"; and "After-School Activities and Free Time: Finding a Balance" can really help.   We have also highlighted articles related to starting a family and the effect it may have on your work life: "Dealing with the Stress of Infertility While Working""Returning to Work After Your Parental Leave""Choosing to Become a Single Parent".  And many more, including the three articles we've excerpted below, which focus on the specific impacts on starting a family, and the particular issues that affect both Mothers and Fathers at home and at work.  You can read more details, as well as find a downloadable version of this email teaser, at our Blog, or by logging in to your WorkLife Essentials homepage and clicking the "Stress Management for Working Parents" link in the promotion box.
Also, we are continuously updating content and features, and the best way to stay up to date with these, and especially with many more additions coming soon, is to visit our Blog regularly.  As always, if you are having trouble viewing our Blog, you can still access the latest What's New features and Teasers at our "What's New" page.  And, if you have any questions about any WorkLife Essentials feature, please contact our Support Team.
